"I think most people use John as their sales agent at the beginning simply because he sells your house for “FREE”. In my case it is different; I paid John to sell my house because I believe he is an excellent realtor.

The first time I saw John, he was helping one of my neighbors to sell their home. What impressed me is not only John sold their house at full price in less than ten days, but also the time he was spending to show the house and working with the owner. About a month later, John sold another house in my community in just a few days after it was on the market.

After I bought a house in a different city, I called John to list my old house.
